We proudly serve Raleigh, Clayton, Garner, Durham, Wake Forest, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
🎈Do you deliver?
We deliver locally to Clayton for free. Any other deliveries will have a delivery charge. If equipment needs to be retrieved from the event there will also be a pickup charge.
🎈How far in advance do I have to place an order?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Peak seasons (graduations, holidays, prom, and weekends) tend to book quickly, so earlier is always better.
🎈What forms of payment do you accept?
CashApp, PayPal, Venmo. An invoice will be emailed to you via Paypal, but you can use any of the three apps to make a payment. CashApp - $money1600 Venmo - @jstrickland1970
🎈Do you require a deposit?
No. We require a non-refundable 50% retainer to secure your order. The balance will be due upon delivery or pickup of your order.
🎈Can I pay you in full when my order is delivered or picked up?
No. Orders are only secured with a 50% retainer fee.
🎈Can I bring you my own balloons and get a discounted price?
No. All material is included in our prices. There is a certain look that we desire and all balloons are not created equal.
🎈How long can you hold my invoice?
All invoices are held for 48 hours, however you are not guaranteed your desired time slot if a customer books us for your desired date and time.
🎈Do you give refunds?
No refunds are given! All funds are added to a future service.
🎈Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! All of our designs are fully customized to match your theme, colors, and event vision. We do not use pre-made templates—every setup is created with your event in mind.

Setup time varies by design. Most installations take 1–3 hours. Larger or more detailed setups may require additional time.
🎈What is your cancellation policy?
All retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability.
